About This Position
Position Overview: The Wisconsin Center District is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing communications team. To be successful in this position, you’ll bring strong creative instincts, attention to detail and a hands-on mindset – taking pride in both big-picture thinking and flawless production execution. This role combines creative problem-solving with technical accuracy, ensuring all designs meet brand standards and business goals. A strong understanding of project management and timing, ability to work independently on multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines and excellent interpersonal communication skills are essential. Projects include brand activation, miscellaneous print collateral, design for digital channels including website, social and e-newsletters, and in-house creation and production of event-related signage.
Responsibilities:
- Buildout of organizational brand.
- Campaign logos, illustrations and infographics.
- Company collateral: business cards, letterhead, envelopes.
- Invitations, flyers, brochures, posters, postcards.
- Traditional print and digital ads, sell sheets.
- Visual design for websites, email newsletters, social media graphics.
- Design of corporate reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Motion graphics for social media and websites.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- 5+ years of progressive, professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across print and digital design.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in graphic design or related field.
- Agency or marketing department experience preferred.
