This is a senior-level role for experienced technicians who can manage projects independently, maintain quality standards, and represent TruBlue professionally in customers’ homes.

What You’ll Do- Perform high-quality home repair, remodeling, and improvement projects
- Complete carpentry, framing, drywall, painting, flooring, tile, trim, and finish work
- Assist with bathroom remodels and accessibility modifications
- Install doors, cabinetry, vanities, shelving, hardware, grab bars, and other finish components
- Uphold TruBlue’s standards of professionalism, reliability, workmanship, and customer care
- Communicate clearly with customers and help manage expectations on-site
- Work independently while maintaining safety, quality, and consistency across projects
- Document work with before-and-after photos and job updates
- Support and assist less experienced technicians when needed
- Bathroom remodels and accessibility upgrades
- Drywall repair and finishing
- Flooring installation and repair
- Tile installation and waterproofing systems
- General carpentry and trim work
- Interior painting and finish work
- Door, cabinetry, and hardware installation
- Minor fixture replacement and installation work
- 5+ years of hands-on home repair, remodeling, or construction experience
- Strong multi-trade experience across carpentry, drywall, flooring, tile, painting, and finish work
- Experience with bathroom remodeling or accessibility modifications preferred
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Committed to doing the job right and delivering 5-star customer service
- Reliable, accountable, and professional
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic toolset
- Fluent in English and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
