General Description
Harmony Bay clinical therapists provide both in-person and tele-health individual and family therapy services to adults and adolescents.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- A. Essential Duties
- Complete intake assessments for newly admitted clients.
- Provide both in-person and tele-health therapy services for both adult and adolescent populations.
- Provide individual and family therapy to adults and adolescents.
- Ability to perform tele-health services via HIPAA compliant telehealth platform.
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the client and update them in line with state regulations.
- Timely completion of all clinical documentation in 48 hours.
- Perform risk assessment, suicide intervention, and crisis planning in line with company policy and procedures.
- Maintain compliant electronic medical records according to licensing regulations and company standards.
- B. Additional Duties
- Assists and covers other staff when necessary to maintain high productivity and efficiency in the department.
- As the company continues to grow, additional responsibilities that are essential for the department to be successful will be assigned accordingly.

Key Performance Indicators
Clinical Therapists’ performance will be evaluated on several competencies including but not limited to:
- Completion of assessment tools and Treatment Plans within an appropriate timeframe.
- 70% of individuals completing intakes are linked to Therapy, Psychiatry, and TMS services.
- 80% of scheduled appointments completed.
- Average rating of 4.3 of 5 or higher on client satisfaction surveys.
- All clinical documentation completed within 48 hours of event occurrence.
- Chart audit scores at or above 80% each quarter.
- Appropriate documentation of and adherence to processes related to higher level of care recommendations and high-risk reporting.
Performance Standards & Measurement
- Compliance with essential and incidental duties; compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Compliance with state and federal laws and regulations applicable to the business.
Equipment, Tools & Machines
- Use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment such as a printer and fax.
- Use of company network and email domain.
Working Conditions
- Air conditioned and well-illuminated office environment and outdoor environment.
- May have several responsibilities at once. Interaction with other is constant and can be interruptive.
- Work may be stressful at times due to high level workflow.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings as is required to comply with the purpose of the job and accommodate client needs.
- Participates in educational training, orientations, or compliance programs as needed to maintain competency.

- Occasional lifting of moderately heavy office supplies; ability to lift supplies for community events, trade shows, conferences, and other marketing opportunities applicable to the organization; ability to lift, push or pull up to 25lbs.
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time.
- Must have strong computer skills to meet Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Record software requirements.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Master's Degree Social Work, Counseling or related field.
- Experience:
- 2+ years of experience providing clinical services in the field of mental health; experience and training in at least 1 evidenced-based practice. (EMDR, DBT, CT, etc)
- Computer literate: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required.
