The LEEAP Center | Charlotte, NC | $43,000 – $46,000 annually, based on experience
Who We AreAt The LEEAP Center, we do things differently—and purposefully. As Charlotte’s leading bilingual interdisciplinary pediatric therapy provider, we believe therapy is more than a service. It is a lifeline of support, advocacy, and compassion for children with neurodevelopmental differences and their families. Our team of behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, and psychologists works together with intention, curiosity, and care to support the whole child and the whole family. We are not looking for someone to simply fill a position. We are seeking a mission-aligned, values-driven professional who wants to be part of something bigger than themselves—someone who believes in collaborative care, family empowerment, and helping children do more than reach milestones, but truly thrive.
Role Snapshot•$43,000 – $46,000 annual salary

About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and collaborative Clinical Support Specialist (BCBA Student Analyst) to join our growing ABA department. This role is designed as a meaningful growth pathway for experienced Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who want to advance within the company and expand their impact beyond direct therapy.

Responsibilities•Act as a bridge between clients, families, therapists, BCBAs, and the broader clinical team to support effective treatment and holistic client care
•Provide calm, professional crisis support and implement crisis prevention strategies to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment
•Support clinical staff by preparing client materials, assisting with assessments, and managing documentation-related tasks
