In this role, you will oversee the full parcel ecosystem, balancing operational excellence, delivery performance, and cost efficiency while acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders. You will collaborate across transportation, technology, product, and customer success teams to drive scalable solutions and improve post-purchase experiences at scale. - Lead the strategic vision and operational execution of parcel delivery programs, ensuring high-quality consumer experiences and optimized unit economics.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex parcel and transportation challenges affecting key customer accounts.
- Conduct executive-level business reviews with major brand partners, presenting performance insights, delivery trends, and long-term recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Transportation, Customer Success, and Technology teams to influence roadmap priorities and improve platform capabilities.
- Drive continuous improvements in delivery speed, reliability, scalability, and customer satisfaction across the parcel network.
- Develop and leverage advanced analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Mentor and support team development while fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Identify innovative solutions and operational strategies that strengthen market competitiveness and long-term client partnerships.
- 8+ years of experience in parcel logistics, transportation, supply chain management, or related customer-facing operational leadership roles.
- Strong background managing high-visibility enterprise relationships and engaging with executive-level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities with a proven ability to build trust and influence decisions.
- Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using BI and visualization tools such as Tableau, Domo, or Power BI.
- Deep understanding of parcel operations, fulfillment ecosystems, and their impact on customer retention, profitability, and brand performance.
- Familiarity with modern commerce and logistics technologies including OMS, WMS, and TMS platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while balancing strategic initiatives and operational execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
