This is an exciting opportunity for a product leader who thrives at the intersection of growth, monetization, user experience, and data-driven decision-making. In this role, you will own the strategy and execution of high-performing digital funnels designed to maximize revenue, conversion quality, and customer engagement. You will lead the creation of innovative user journeys while continuously optimizing existing experiences across the full product lifecycle. Working closely with engineering, design, analytics, and business stakeholders, you will influence both strategic direction and day-to-day execution in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment. This role offers significant ownership, visibility, and the ability to directly impact revenue growth through experimentation, product innovation, and operational excellence.

Accountabilities:
  • Define and execute product strategies focused on maximizing revenue per user and improving end-to-end funnel performance.
  • Optimize user experiences across conversion flows, click-through journeys, lead quality, and downstream monetization outcomes.
  • Design and launch new UI/UX experiences from concept to implementation in collaboration with engineering and design teams.
  • Lead data-driven experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and conversion optimization efforts.
  • Oversee full-funnel product performance metrics, balancing conversion growth with long-term revenue quality and customer value.
  • Partner cross-functionally with engineering, analytics, and business teams to ensure effective product delivery and scalable operations.
  • Mentor and guide junior product managers, promoting strong execution, accountability, and strategic product thinking.
  • Operate effectively in fast-moving environments while managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing high-impact opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within growth, marketplaces, lead generation, or consumer-focused digital products.
  • Proven success managing and improving full-funnel performance with measurable impact on revenue and monetization outcomes.
  • Strong experience building and optimizing UI/UX experiences, including launching new digital journeys from the ground up.
  • Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience using data tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar platforms.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, backend systems, data instrumentation, and technical product ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and conversion rate optimization methodologies.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Background in home services, marketplace platforms, or lead generation models strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $160,000 annually, depending on experience and location.
  • Eligibility for performance bonuses, commissions, and equity through restricted stock units (RSUs).
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States.
  • Comprehensive healthcare benefits package.
  • Retirement savings and employer-sponsored benefits programs.
  • Paid time off, paid sick leave, vacation, parental leave, and additional wellness-related benefits.
  • Opportunity to work in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment focused on measurable impact and professional growth.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI-driven technologies and large-scale digital marketplace operations.
