  • Develop dashboards and analytical tools to monitor membership growth, financial performance, retention, and operational trends.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or another quantitative field.
  • 15+ years of experience in analytics, financial reporting, business intelligence, or related data-focused roles.
  • Advanced expertise with BI tools such as Tableau and strong data visualization capabilities.
  • Expert-level SQL skills with experience building scalable data models and reporting environments.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Databricks, Git, and version control tools preferred.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and analytical techniques.
  • Experience managing SOX compliance, audit processes, IT controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and operational metrics including LTV, CAC, revenue, churn, retention, commissions, and cash collection.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide teams through ambiguity and drive strategic execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
Benefits:

  • Annual performance bonus opportunities.
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
  • Employee stock purchase program.
