- Partner strategically with senior leaders across Sales and Customer-facing functions to align people initiatives with business performance goals and operational priorities.
- Use AI-powered tools and workflows to enhance HR processes, automate repetitive tasks, analyze trends, and generate actionable workforce insights.
- Provide guidance and coaching on employee relations matters, organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, and change management initiatives.
- Leverage people analytics and business metrics to identify trends, influence decision-making, and proactively address organizational challenges.
- Lead and manage HR-related projects across multiple teams, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and People Operations teams to deliver a seamless employee experience.
- Support leaders in navigating growth, scaling teams, and building AI-augmented workforce strategies.
- Drive adoption of people programs and initiatives by influencing stakeholders through data-backed recommendations and trusted partnerships.
- Contribute to global HR initiatives and support a distributed workforce across multiple international regions.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR business partnering or senior HR generalist experience.
- Prior experience within SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments is essential.
- Strong understanding of go-to-market organizations, including familiarity with metrics such as churn, pipeline coverage, quota attainment, GDR, and NDR.
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility and influence with VP and C-suite stakeholders.
- Proven experience handling complex employee relations cases with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.
- Strong analytical and data storytelling skills, with the ability to turn workforce data into strategic recommendations.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools, automation platforms, or agentic workflows to improve efficiency and decision-making.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership capabilities.
- Strong understanding of U.S. employment law and HR compliance; multi-state experience is highly valued.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High emotional intelligence, integrity, and curiosity about the future of work and AI-enabled organizations.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 – $120,000 USD.
