Now Hiring: Front Desk Guest Ambassador / Tech Assistant
Location: Gate Parkway Center in Jacksonville, FL with future placement at our Seven Pines center on the southside in Jacksonville later this year
Available Full-time schedule options include:
- 3x12 schedule: Wednesday and Friday from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 7:45 AM – 7:45 PM
- 4x10 schedule: Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 7:45 AM – 5:45 PM

Your Role
Guest Experience (Front Desk)
• Greet and guide patients with a warm, professional, and welcoming presence
• Manage registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out processes
• Help educate patients on imaging services and specialty offerings, including genetic testing
• Deliver a high-end, hospitality-driven patient experience
Clinical Support (Tech Assistant)
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures and ensure comfort throughout their visit
• Assist technologists with patient flow and clinical support duties
• Perform IV starts after training is completed
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and assist in keeping pace with a high-volume workflow
Who You Are
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, healthcare, or high-end retail preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Calm, organized, and positive in a fast-paced environment
• Adaptable and eager to learn new clinical skills
• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be flexible and willing to float between centers as needed
