Position Overview
General office duties include data entry, typing, filing, copying, scanning, phones and mail. Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment. Must perform well under pressure and be able to meet deadlines and quotas.
Compensation $17-$18/hr.
Job Functions
· Alpha-numeric Data Entry
· Reviewing files
· Handle Email requests from Retail offices
· Review and process qualified discounted accounts
· Prepare CC/CK Requests for overpayment accounts
· Review and process Pending Collateral Releases
· Email retail offices for missing information on files
· Audit collateral notes for DOI
· Process Demands Requests
· Process Full Reconveyances
· Prepare Property Evaluations
· Cover the front desk for lunch/breaks or as needed
· Cover the outgoing mail as needed
Requirements
· Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
· Strong Alpha-numeric Data Entry
· Attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Excellent team player
Education
· High School Diploma
· Minimum of 2 years office experience A+
