Founded in 1969, Summit Point Motorsports Park and Training Facility provides commercial motorsports events along with customized Security and Emergency Medical training solutions on our 786-acre facility located in Summit Point, WV. We are a recognized leader in the Motorsports and Security Training Solutions markets for both commercial and government clients.

Our facility operates year-round and requires consistent upkeep to support daily training activities and scheduled events.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Janitorial personnel work as part of a small, coordinated team that travels together across the campus in a company vehicle carrying cleaning supplies and equipment. While individual team members are assigned specific tasks within buildings, the team remains together throughout the day, working shared cleaning routes across multiple facilities to ensure consistent coverage of the entire campus.
This is a full-time, year-round position that plays a critical role in ensuring the facility is clean, stocked, and fully prepared for daily client operations.
This role is highly routine-based but physically demanding, with a strong emphasis on consistency, attention to detail, and reliability. Work is performed across a wide range of environments, including classrooms, training rooms, office buildings, gym facilities, restrooms, maintenance shops, and event-related spaces.
This role is intended for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are comfortable with physical, routine work and take ownership of keeping a large facility consistently clean and operational.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Cleaning and maintaining classrooms, training rooms, and office spaces across the campus
- Cleaning and restocking all restroom facilities, including standalone restroom units, shower facilities, and client lodging trailers
- Maintaining cleanliness in high-use areas such as employee and client gym spaces
- Cleaning and servicing vehicle maintenance shops, training administrative offices, medical training offices, and motorsports administrative offices
- Stocking all restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper products, and consumables
- Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and performing detailed cleaning of assigned areas daily
- Responding to cleaning needs following morning facility usage and throughout the day as required
- Addressing cleanup needs following motorsports events or high-use training activities, including heavy-use cleaning situations that may require detailed sanitization
- Removing trash from all assigned buildings and exterior receptacles in accordance with facility procedures
- Working as part of a team to maintain cleanliness standards across a large, multi-use campus
- Other duties as assigned by management

SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday; 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
This role requires punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance to ensure the facility is prepared for daily client operations.
Requirements:Summit Point Employment Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance — this role is essential to daily facility operations and cannot function with frequent absences or tardiness
- A strong work ethic and ability to perform repetitive, physical cleaning tasks every day with consistency
- Comfort working in environments that vary day-to-day, including standard office spaces, training facilities, high-traffic restrooms, gym areas, and post-event cleanup situations
- Ability to maintain quality standards even when cleaning conditions vary due to heavy use from motorsports and training clients
- Professional mindset and ability to maintain composure in busy, high-demand environments
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team responsible for keeping a large, multi-building campus operational and presentable
- Willingness to take ownership of assigned areas and ensure they are consistently maintained throughout the workday
PHYSICAL REQUIRMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS
This position is very active and requires climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, use of hands, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions all day. The employee must frequently lift and move items up to 100 pounds.
Work Conditions:
Typical assignments are frequently performed in both internal and external environments with a variety of weather conditions. Ability to work under extreme hot or cold weather conditions with exposure to dust or dirt and hazards is routine and may require the use of protective personal equipment. Most of the work is performed in outside weather conditions. The worker may be subject to atmospheric conditions, is frequently in close quarters, and is required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
