Duties & Responsibilities Include:
- Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing of floors, hallways, stairwells and other facility areas
- Cleaning and refinishing gym floors as needed
- Vacuuming and shampooing rugs and carpets
- Cleaning, polishing and dusting of furniture and fixtures
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Washing windows, walls, mirrors and other areas
- Collecting and disposing of all waste products
- Assisting with the relocation of property
- Reporting of items requiring repair and/or replacement
- Setting up/tearing down areas needed for special events or meetings
- Shoveling/plowing snow, sanding/salting walks and steps as needed
- Picking up debris outside of building
- Working sporting events as needed
- Performing all other duties assigned by administration or the General Manager
