At TenX Manufacturing, we’ve been building precision parts and tooling for over 40 years. As our team continues to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Toolmaker to join our tool room. In this role, you’ll collaborate with our tooling department to design, program, and build injection molds using advanced CNC mills, EDM sinker, and EDM wire equipment.

This is a first-shift role (Monday–Friday), with the option of four 10-hour days, Monday–Thursday, giving you flexibility to shape your week.

Key Responsibilities

• Program mold components using Mastercam and/or Surfcam.
• Design and program electrodes as needed.
• Operate CNC & manual equipment.
• Set up tooling and fixtures as required.
• Collaborate with the tooling team throughout builds.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all machines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Occasionally work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of injection mold construction.
• Associate’s degree in Machine Tool Technology or 2+ years of experience with injection molds.
• Journeyman Toolmaker certification a plus (not required).
• Proficiency in Mastercam or Surfcam programming preferred.
• Solidworks experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, technical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with hand/power tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
