- Backed by the strength of a national organization with an entrepreneurial, solutions-focused culture
Position_Description :
- Lead IT workstreams for acquisition integration efforts across multiple deals
- Partner with Corporate Development and business leaders on integration planning and execution
- Support IT due diligence by assessing applications, infrastructure, data, and security environments

- Coordinate post-close integration across systems, data, and infrastructure
- Track timelines, risks, and dependencies—keeping leadership informed and aligned
Position Requirements :
- Direct experience supporting or leading IT integration efforts tied to acquisitions (M&A)
- Experience across the full lifecycle (due diligence ? Day 1 ? post-close integration)
- Ability to clearly explain your role in past acquisition integrations (what you owned and delivered)
- Experience working across multiple IT environments (ERP systems, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, etc.)
- Strong communication skills—you’ll be working directly with leadership and cross-functional teams
- Your experience is primarily limited to internal IT projects (ERP implementations, system upgrades, infrastructure refreshes)
- You have not been directly involved in acquisition integration or M&A activity
- You prefer highly structured, slow-moving environments
Tools & Experience
- MS Project, Visio, Excel, SharePoint
- Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), critical path (CPM) scheduling
- Epic/Story development in Agile environments
- Enterprise-level project documentation and reporting
- Experience reporting project progress to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders
