This role is a high-impact recruiting position focused on building world-class Go-To-Market teams that drive revenue growth and customer success. You will own full-cycle recruitment across sales, sales engineering, marketing, and customer success roles, partnering closely with senior leaders to shape hiring strategies. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will play a key role in defining how GTM talent is sourced, assessed, and hired. The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on execution, requiring both strong sourcing capabilities and deep market insight. You will influence workforce planning, refine hiring processes, and elevate candidate experience at every stage. This is a highly visible role where your work directly impacts business growth and organizational scalability.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for Go-To-Market roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer negotiation, and closing.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, align on talent profiles, and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Design and execute advanced sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and convert both active and passive GTM talent.
- Leverage market intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitive insights to inform recruitment approaches and decision-making.
- Drive offer strategy, including compensation discussions and equity negotiations, ensuring successful candidate closure.
- Build, refine, and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and candidate experience.
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience aligned with employer brand standards throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong focus on Go-To-Market roles in high-growth environments.
- Experience recruiting within SaaS or cloud-based companies is required.
- Deep understanding of GTM functions (sales, marketing, customer success, sales engineering) and ability to evaluate role-specific talent fit.
- Familiarity with GTM tools, sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, MEDDPICC), and related tech stacks.
- Proven ability to partner with revenue leadership on workforce planning, role scoping, and strategic hiring needs.
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting expertise, including writing compelling outreach that converts passive candidates.
- Excellent negotiation skills, particularly in complex compensation and equity discussions.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Competitive salary range of $150,000–$175,000 depending on experience and location.
