Pool Team (All Positions) – Summer 2026 in East Norwich, New York at Pine Hollow Club

Pine Hollow Club is hiring for our Outdoor Pool Team for the upcoming club season. We are seeking friendly, reliable, and energetic individuals to join us in creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable pool experience for our members and their guests.

Now Hiring:

• Pool Attendants

• Pool Servers

• Food Runners / Bussers

• Bartenders

• Hosts

Depending on your role, responsibilities may include:

Member & Guest Experience

• Greet members and guests and create a welcoming atmosphere

• Assist with seating, waitlists, and managing the flow of the pool dining area

• Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service

• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly

Pool & Service Operations

• Support food and beverage service throughout the pool area

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked pool and service areas

• Deliver food and beverages quickly and accurately

• Assist with table, lounge, and towel service

Team Support

• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and management teams

• Support busy service periods and club events

• Seasonal employment May through September

• Flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

• Hours may vary based on weather and club activity

This is a seasonal position aligned with the Pine Hollow Club operating season from May through September.

Because of the seasonal nature of these roles, positions are not eligible for paid time off or company benefits.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
