Job Description
RESPONSIBLE TO: Grants Administration & Compliance Manager
PRIMARY FUNCTION: Assist the Grants department with grant compliance, reporting, and data entry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Grant compliance and reporting
- Assist with document(s) maintenance including filing
- Assist with reviewing grant documents for completeness and accuracy
- Assist with grant audit preparation
- Assist with monthly or quarterly reporting
- Grant data entry (Summer M.O.S.T.)
- Input club members’ personal information into NEXUS database
- File all members’ application
- Maintain all accurate billable units of service via Kidtrax attendance and sign-in sheets
- Enter all weekly M.O.S.T. attendance into NEXUS database
KNOW HOW:
Must be able to accurately type 45 words per minute. Must be able to keep accurate records with all CSC members’ applications using SAMIS system.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
High level of energy, endurance, and patience. Comfortable working with different personalities. Ability to get along with diverse personalities, always displaying tact, maturity, and flexibility. Good reasoning abilities and sound judgment. Physical requirements include sight, hearing, and sitting for over five hours plus per day.
