MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN at Mastermold LLC – JOHNSON CREEK, Wisconsin

We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician who knows how to work with tools, solve problems, and keep things running.

This is a working maintenance role in a manufacturing environment. You’ll help with equipment repairs, mold installs, fabrication, PMs, and general building maintenance. If you like fixing things, staying busy, and being the person people count on when something needs to get done, this is the job.

• General plant and equipment maintenance
• Mold installation and removal
• Preventive and predictive maintenance
• Basic fabrication and repair work
• Using tools like welders, torches, saws, and drill presses
• Working around presses, machining centers, air compressors, and other plant equipment
• Operating fork trucks and scissor lifts
• Basic building maintenance
• Helping troubleshoot mechanical and basic electrical issues
• Working safely and following instructions

• Someone who is reliable and shows up to work
• Good attendance
• Comfortable working with tools and equipment
• Mechanically minded
• Able to work alone and get things done without being babysat
• Team player when needed
• Safety-minded
• Comfortable climbing and working at heights, including on top of presses
• Willing to work hard in a manufacturing environment

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Maintenance, mechanical, fabrication, or manufacturing experience is helpful
• At least 6 months of related experience preferred, but not required
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus

This is a physical job. You’ll need to be able to:

• Lift heavy objects (50 lbs)
• Stand and walk for long periods
• Bend, climb, reach, and move throughout the shift
• Climb ladders and work at heights
• Work in a loud, active manufacturing environment
