This role offers the opportunity to shape and optimize business processes through hands-on Microsoft D365 CRM implementations. The Functional Consultant will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, configure systems, and deliver custom solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. You will lead workshops, gather requirements, design and implement workflows, and provide end-user training and support. This position emphasizes collaboration with both technical teams and business users to ensure seamless integration and adoption of CRM solutions. Continuous improvement and innovation are key, as you will stay updated with platform advancements and recommend enhancements that maximize system performance.
Gather functional requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and process analysis.
Configure D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to meet business needs.
Develop customizations using PowerApps, Power Automate, and other tools to enhance system capabilities.
Create detailed functional specifications, process maps, user documentation, and training materials.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with project goals.
Monitor system performance and recommend continuous improvements to optimize business processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 CRM implementations, configurations, and customizations.
Proficiency with Power Platform tools, including PowerApps and Power Automate.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, remote-first work environment.
U.S. citizenship and ability to pass an FBI background check as required by clients.
Nice-to-have: familiarity with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, victim services, Department of Corrections, Jail Management Systems, or Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365.
