Applewood Village is actively seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of compassionate professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional care. Our community provides services across Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living, and Memory Care, creating a supportive environment for both residents and team members.

Duties
- Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
- Monitor vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the supervisor.
- Observe and communicate residents' conditions to the nursing team.
- Assist with meals, feeding, and support residents in ADLs.
- Maintain a hygienic environment.
- Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
- Aid in moving and repositioning residents as needed.
- Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
Skills
- CNA certification in good standing with NJ Board of Nursing.
- A desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
- Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures is advantageous.
- Experience working in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments is a plus.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards is essential.

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
Shift Availability: 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
Pay: 24.00 per hour + Shift Differential
