As a Cookie Factory Baker, you'll be part of our enduring legacy and exciting growth. Here's what you can expect:

• Mixing dough and running cookies at the pace of the production line.
• Inspect products to meet company standards for quality and appearance.
• Package frozen cookies in a timely manner.
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies using “clean as you go” techniques.
• Rotate products to maintain and ensure freshness.
• Decorate Cookies following prescribed brand standards.

• Basic knowledge of weights and measures.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes.
• Work well with others and assist fellow team members as needed.
• Standing and/or walking - 100% of time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs (when concentrating on dough production).
• Frequently lifting up to 40 lbs (when concentrating on dough production).
• Replicating standard decorating designs using an icing bag (instructions provided).

• Schedule: The schedule is part-time or full-time, 6:30AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday. The pay rate for this position is $15.00 / hour.
