| Position Summary: | To evaluate properties and make recommendations for necessary repairs. To keep records of time and maintenance charges for each work order assigned. To make repairs to properties or replace equipment such as, but not limited to, the following: a) stoves, refrigerators, hot water heaters, furnaces; b) electrical; c) plumbing; d) painting; e) carpentry; f) roofing. |

| Minimum Qualifications: | High school diploma/GED. |
| Preferred Qualifications: | While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: General knowledge of appliance repairs and understanding of HVAC systems. |
