We are looking for a career orientedFloating Maintenance Technician to join our team at in Cincinnati, OH.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site property projects, and preventative maintenance.

$24.00 - $26.00/hr. based on experience and qualifications

What We Need from you:

Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
40 hours per week
Valid Driver's License and Transportation
Boiler, HVAC, CPO experience a plus but not required (Paid Training Available!)
