Richmonds Air is seeking skilled and motivated Lead HVAC Installers to join our growing field operations team. As a Lead Installer, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing high-quality residential HVAC installations. This hands-on role requires both technical skill and leadership to ensure projects are completed on time, to code, and with complete customer satisfaction. • Lead the installation of residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, condensers, coils, and thermostats.

• Supervise and mentor apprentices or junior installers on the job site.

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations.

• Read and interpret blueprints and installation manuals to complete jobs accurately.

• Communicate effectively with customers, answering questions and providing system operation instructions.

• Conduct post-installation system testing to verify proper operation.

• Maintain a clean and safe job site and vehicle.

• Use mobile technology to manage job documentation and reporting.

• Represent Richmonds Air with professionalism, punctuality, and customer care.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in residential HVAC installation.

• Must hold a valid EPA Certification.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.

• Professional appearance and attitude are a must.

• Must be physically able to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces.
