Position Overview We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, one-on-one home health care to patients throughout Washington, D.C. This role offers independence in the field with strong clinical and administrative support.

Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide hands-on physical therapy in the home setting

Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and safety

Document patient progress and adjust plans as needed

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams

Qualifications DPT or MPT from an accredited program

Active D.C. Physical Therapy license

CPR/BLS Certification

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Strong clinical skills with a compassionate approach

Home health experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
