Responsibilities

Assist OT with patient assessments and treatment plans

Provide hands-on therapy to improve ADLs and mobility

Implement prescribed exercises and adaptive techniques

Educate patients and caregivers on safety and home programs

Document visits and communicate patient progress

Qualifications

Associate degree from accredited OTA program

Current Virginia OTA license (or eligibility)

2+ years experience preferred

Strong communication and documentation skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
