Position Summary
We are seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our outpatient team in Ashland, MO. The OT will evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional challenges to help them regain independence and enhance their quality of life. Services are provided in accordance with AOTA standards and state licensure laws.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
  
• Implement therapy interventions to improve functional and self-care abilities
  
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
  
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation
  
• Provide education and training to facility staff on restorative and maintenance programs
  
• Demonstrate Concept Rehab’s values of Commitment, Respect, and Integrity in all aspects of care
  

Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapist license in Missouri (required)
  
• Outpatient or rehabilitation experience preferred
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  
• Dedication to delivering compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care
