Lead Cleaner at ELITE CLEANING COMPANY INC – Wilmington, Delaware

About the Role:

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a hands-on, Lead Cleaner in the Wilmington, DE. area. Candidates must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Candidates should be able to clean and lead the team simultaneously.

Location: Linden Hill Road, Wilmington, DE

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Be the team lead for a crew of cleaners to be sure the entire scope of work is being completed.
• Clean designated areas
• Be sure all supplies are well stocked for our cleaners to use.
• Check all dispensers each night to be sure they are all properly filled.
• Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager for Elite.
• Making sure each employee is clocking in and out properly each night.
• Handle all call outs and arrange to cover all responsibilities.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Hours/Days of Operation: Monday thru Friday, 5:00pm to 9:00 pm. Occasional weekends as needed.

Role Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Janitorial experience is a plus (Not Required)
• Floorcare experience & Floorcare machine knowledge a plus (Not Required)
• General commercial cleaning experience a plus (Not Required)

Transportation:

• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 20+ pounds regularly every day
• Bend, stretch, stand, twist, reach, walk & sit for extended periods of time
• Climb stairs and ladders
