Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Ability to lead and work alongside a team
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while maintaining accuracy

Responsibilities

  • Manage, motivate, and mentor sales staff (daily tasks and overall performance)
  • Give every customer an exceptional experience
  • Monitor competitor’s ads and pricing
  • Maintain the showroom and the lot
  • Prepare commission data for sales staff daily
  • Advertising management: Post ads and plan ads for futures sales
  • Maintain Chevy testing and training
  • Review previous day for unclosed deals, and prioritize closing them
