Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated School Counselor to support students’ academic, social, and emotional development, providing guidance and counseling to help them succeed in school and life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students
- Assist students with academic planning, career guidance, and personal development
- Address students’ social, emotional, and behavioral needs
- Conduct workshops and seminars on personal growth and life skills
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administration to support student welfare
- Maintain confidential records and prepare reports on student progress
- Promote a positive school environment and well-being initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Education
- Proven experience as a School Counselor (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of child development and counseling techniques
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues
Preferred:
- Certification in Counseling or Educational Psychology
- Familiarity with UAE school regulations and cultural norms
