RN Per Diem at Willis-Knighton Health System – Shreveport, Louisiana

We are looking for an experienced nurse to join our team on a per diem basis. This is primarily for our 10-bed SICU, but will be required to work Intermediate care and Stroke unit if needed. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to critically ill patients requiring intensive monitoring. This role includes managing ventilated patients, titration of critical drips, post-operative surgical care, sepsis management, and rapid response to emergency conditions. ALS is required and can be obtained through the Training and Development department. Orientation will be individualized according to your experience.
