We're adding to our team! We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to provide critical risk mitigation control for the organization. You will support all business units providing contract review, risk analysis, compliance, and contract negotiations. You will be an advisor to the organization and implement best practices for Business Development, Project Management, and other functions regarding contracts and commercial issues (policies, processes, model forms, and specialist and general topics).

We are seeking an individual located in the CST or MTN time zones.

You will:

    Review of customer contracts, identifying risks and non-standard terms & conditions. Assist in negotiation to arrive at acceptable agreements. Support Business Units with review of Non-Disclosure/Confidentiality Agreements. Assess project-specific compliance, such as insurance, safety, and licensing requirements. Reconcile customer purchase orders with negotiated terms and conditions. Maintain document library of customer agreements, purchasing agreements, agreed terms and conditions, including contract summary document. Review E Tech Group documents and ensure consistency across all business units. Develop and document policies and procedures related to contract review and negotiation. Coordinate with outside legal if necessary. Be an ambassador who embodies our Core Values, prioritizing the success of E Tech Group, our clients, and the professional development of our associates.

You have:

  • Bachelors degree and 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with business unit leaders in a remote environment
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret legal documents, financial reports and technical documents
  • Basic understanding of purchasing and supply chain procedures
  • Attention to detail
  • A DNA comprised of collaboration and teamwork.
