Proficio is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathologist-Clinical Fellow for a rewarding career in healthcare settings.
The Speech-Language Pathologist will be tasked to help coordinate evaluation, treatment, and clinical activities of speech therapy so that effective and optimum quality patient care is delivered.
The position involves providing speech therapy services in the San Francisco Bay Area, California.

Education and Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in speech-language pathology/communicative disorders or related field.
- 1 year of verifiable, professional experience as a SLP within the last 3 years (may include residency or clinical practicum)
- Valid California License as a Speech-Language Pathology granted by the California Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology Board.
Responsibilities
- The SLP, CFY will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist, providing therapeutic interventions to improve our clients & communication abilities
- Assist the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plansfor clients with speech and language disorders
- Conduct speech and language screenings under the direction of the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Document client progress towards treatment goals and report this information to the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist
- Provide direct therapy services to clients as directed by the supervising Speech- Language Pathologist
- Prepare therapy materials and maintain equipment and supplies.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Adhere to all professional, ethical, and legal regulations as set out by the state licensing board and the American Speech-Language Hearing Association
