Entry Level Technical Sourcer

About the Role

Do you love puzzles? How about working on line to find information? Quevera is seeking a driven Sourcer to fuel growth across multiple government programs. This is a high-volume, outbound sourcing role that demands persistence, creativity, and a passion for connecting with people. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives on line, social media, and direct outreach, spending hours daily engaging with prospective candidates and building pipelines of technical talent, and comfortable with verified support of daily goals. No expereince necesssary- we are willing to teach you everything you need!

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and connect with classified technical talent (software engineers, systems engineers, cloud, data, cybersecurity) via phone, email, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develops pipelines of passive classified candidates.
• Partner with recruiter and staffing manager to understand program needs, labor categories, and hiring priorities.
• Daily maintenance of detailed candidate activity and pipeline reporting.
• Learn and apply knowledge of government clearances, contract requirements, and candidate eligibility to support secure programs.
• Consistently meet or exceed sourcing metrics, including outreach volume, candidate connections, and submittals.

Qualifications

• Comfortable spending a significant time on the phone and social media driving candidate engagement.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating without complete information.
• High energy, competitive, and metrics-driven; thrives in fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
• Desire to excel in your knowledge of sourcing strategies, x-ray and other searches, including Boolean search and pipeline building.

Desired Skills

• Familiarity with database
• Interest in learning about clearance and supporting the unique needs of government contracts.
• Interest in building talent maps

Compensation

• Salary Range (Maryland Market): $40-50K depending on experience.
