Position Overview

We’re seeking compassionate, licensed Mental Health Therapist I & II to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. In this role, you’ll conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, maintain documentation, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful, client-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses (Therapist II).
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
  • Provide compassionate, evidence-based services to children, youth, and young adults.
  • Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR and record work hours in the HRIS.
  • Communicate client needs with supervisors, report safety concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
  • Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development while maintaining reliable attendance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with clients.
  • Licensure – Mental Health Therapist I: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCPC-S, LCADC, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, or LGMFT).
  • Licensure – Mental Health Therapist II: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCPC-S, LCADC, LCPAT, or LCMFT).
