We’re seeking compassionate, licensed Mental Health Therapist I & II to provide high-quality, evidence-based care to children, adolescents, and adults. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and establish diagnoses (Therapist II).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor client progress
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based services to children, youth, and young adults.
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation in the EMR and record work hours in the HRIS.
- Communicate client needs with supervisors, report safety concerns, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Participate in supervision, training, and ongoing professional development while maintaining reliable attendance.
Qualifications
- Experience: Preferred minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with clients.
- Licensure – Mental Health Therapist I: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCPC-S, LCADC, LCPAT, LCMFT, LMSW, LGPC, LGPAT, or LGMFT).
- Licensure – Mental Health Therapist II: Active Maryland license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LCPC, LCPC-S, LCADC, LCPAT, or LCMFT).
