PERSONAL CARE ASSISTANT/DIRECT CARE SUPPORT at MAHONE IN HOME HEALTHCARE LLC – Greensburg, Pennsylvania

We are a personal care agency. Our mission is to make sure our clients and families keep their pride and dignity at all times. We focus on allowing clients to maintain their independence by providing personal care in their home.

We are seeking a new personal care assistant to join our team. Your role will be to work together with the case manager and follow the clients service plan to ensure that client care goals are being met, including providing personal care services, assistance, support and supervision.

We are a new company and will have a lot of opportunity for growth. With that being said looking for individuals that stand out, are reliable and have compassion for the job for leadership roles.

REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED
* Minimum one (1) year of documented caregiver, home care assistance experience is required
* Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
* Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile with proof of insurance
* Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
* Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
* Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.

Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
