Salary & Schedule for Customer Care Specialists:

• Wage: $22 per hour
• Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), plus one Saturday per month (8 AM - 12 PM)

Primary Responsibilities for Customer Care Specialists:

As the first point of contact for our terrific customers, you will:

• Promptly answer calls, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
• Schedule service appointments while providing detailed information on our pest control and termite services.
• Handle billing queries and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Keep customer records up-to-date in our system.
