Essential Duties:
- Supervise and coordinate projects such as daily maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance tasks and small to mid-sized construction projects.
- Schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion and minimal disruption to operations.
- Proficient use of Microsoft office and experience with the use of various work order and project management software systems
- Oversee inventory management, ordering parts and supplies as necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess equipment and facility conditions, identifying areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred.
- Proven experience in maintenance operations and construction industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing maintenance issues.
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and travel out of state for project assignments.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain.
Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the Field Services Supervisor is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs and ladders, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The work may be performed at various heights. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
