Job Requirements

• Strong food knowledge required.
• Recognition of personal accountability for their own actions and the outcomes of those actions.
• Previous fine dining experience is a plus.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Serve food and beverages to guests making recommendations if needed
• Clean tables, complete closing duties, and re-stock tableware and other supplies
• Collect information on guest preferences to ensure personalized service on every visit.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner.
• Ensure tables are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
• Help food preparation staff when necessary.

Server Requirements:

• Experience providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and ability work well under pressure with bussers, cooks and other staff.
• Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment and deliver orders in a timely manner.
• Excellent verbal communication
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to Resolve Conflict
• A high degree of professionalism and excellent personal presentation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.

General Physical demands for the postion:

• Must be able to work in a standing position and walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
