First Aid Staff - Water Parks

Description: Administer First Aid for guests and associates visiting Morey's Piers and Beachfront Water Parks. Members of the First Aid Staff will be required to assist in outside park operations as needed.

Job Type: Seasonal

Compensation and Hours:

• Seasonal position: $19.00 per hour.
• Performance-based end of season bonus program.

Requirements:

• High guest contact in an outdoor environment.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to work in varying weather (rain, wind, cold temperatures, direct sunlight or high heat and humidity).
• Special skills required including a valid EMT, Paramedic, RN, LPN, or PA Certification.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

• Able to hear and distinguish sounds in noisy environments to assess patient conditions and communicate with team members.
• Able to speak and enunciate clearly and at a level audible to others in loud conditions and stressful situations to provide clear verbal communication with guests, bystanders, and other emergency personnel.
• Able to work outdoors and stand/walk up to eight hours at a time.
• Able to walk up and down stairs.
• Able to perform physical work required to move an injured guest in the event of an emergency.
• Able to perform physical activities that require moving one's whole body such as lifting, balancing, climbing, and stooping or bending.
