Access Health Dental is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic team in a dental clinic environment. This is a fast-paced, growing, local team of dental professionals looking to expand our super awesome, always-smiling team…that’s where you come in!
The ideal Treatment Coordinator for this role is looking for an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the success of the practice and our company! As a dynamic Treatment Coordinator, you will present treatment to ensure the patient understands their diagnosed treatment to improve their oral health, including coordinating financial arrangements. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about treatment options.
- Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with dental professionals.
- Perform Treatment Presentations to explain a patient’s Treatment Plan, including coordination of financial arrangements, insurance, benefits, and ensure the patient’s understanding and acceptance of the diagnosed treatment
- Coordinate necessary appointments for dental care throughout all phases of a patient’s Treatment Plan
- Assist the Practice Manager and Patient Coordinator with daily front-desk administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional service to ensure patient expectations are met and exceeded
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Minimum of two years of customer-facing Dental Treatment Coordination required
- Strong written and verbal communication, listening, and organizational skills required
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of dental insurance plans and dental terminology preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
