About the Role:
As a Machine Operator II on the 2nd shift, you will play a crucial role in the production process of durable goods, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently and safely. Your primary responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain various types of manufacturing equipment, contributing to the overall productivity of the team. You will monitor machine performance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments to meet production targets and quality standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a machine operator.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification in machine operation or related field.
- Experience with CNC machines or automated manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate manufacturing machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal production output.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment to minimize downtime.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operations and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions.
