Position Overview

As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in helping patients understand and move forward with their treatment plans. From presenting clinical recommendations to discussing financial options and scheduling care, you’ll be a trusted guide throughout each patient’s journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and genuinely enjoys creating positive, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clearly present treatment plans, outlining clinical recommendations and financial options with empathy and professionalism.
  • Discuss insurance estimates and coordinate payment plans or third-party financing like CareCredit.
  • Collaborate with the clinical and front office team to schedule treatment efficiently—prioritizing same-day scheduling when possible.
  • Serve as a consistent point of contact for patients throughout their care, building trust and providing support.
  • Accurately document treatment notes, financial agreements, and follow-ups while contributing to team production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: 1+ years as a Treatment Coordinator or in a dental front office role
  • Software: Experience with CareStack (preferred) or other dental management systems
  • Clinical Knowledge: Familiarity with cosmetic, restorative, and surgical procedures
  • Insurance & Financial: Strong understanding of dental insurance, billing, and patient financing
  • Communication & Sales: Confidence in presenting treatment and building rapport with patients
  • Organization: Ability to manage multiple cases, track follow-ups, and document thoroughly
  • Bonus: Dental assisting experience & CPR certification

Schedule

  • Full-time: 4 days/week
  • Hours: Approximately 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (36 hours/week)
