Job Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Med Surg/Tele units: meets deadlines for scheduling, staffing, oversight of clinical functions and maintenance of regulatory readiness to assure the delivery of quality patient care.

Qualifications/Requirements

• BS in nursing or MS preferred.
• Charge nurse experience with previous managerial experience preferred.
• Two or more years' clinical experience or equivalent.
• Good conflict management and communication skills
• Able to mentor staff in the performance of their job roles.
