About This Position

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to serve in building and maintaining relationships with our key referral partners. The ideal candidate should possess charisma and strong interpersonal skills to create favorable first impressions, maintain consistent communication, and conduct effective follow-ups. In this position, you will cultivate and strengthen relationships within our proven system for achieving results, aiming to position our company as their preferred service provider in times of crisis. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a designated group of business relationships, helping them to generate leads, and nurturing our sales pipeline through strategic account relationships, email outreach, social media engagement, newsletters, face-to-face events, educational initiatives, and various other sales and marketing strategies to expand our network. Experience is preferred, but we will teach you how Allklean has positioned itself in our market as the very best!


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • · Build and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors throughout the targeted area
  • · Remote work in assigned territory meeting contractors (plumbers), business to business.
  • · Qualify clients determining proper fit for our service and referral program
  • · Manage all marketing plans and attending key marketing events in the area
  • · Manage your referral partners regularly with value-added touchpoints
  • · Achieve enrollment, job, and revenue targets monthly
  • · Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
  • · Meet and surpass goals set in place for weekly/monthly/ yearly achievements.
  • · Professionally promote our company and brand through face-to-face interactions
  • · Complete weekly sales reports
  • · Develop and maintain monthly marketing routes


Qualifications:

  • · Great persuasive and negotiation skills
  • · Strong ability to think outside the box and work independently to expand company brand
  • · Business development and account management experience
  • · Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
  • · Must be able to stand and walk for long hours at a time
  • · Strong time management and organizational skills
  • · 3 years of experience in B2B Sales
  • · Valid driver’s license and Ability to travel frequently as required of the job
