The Front Desk Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring that guests receive exceptional service from the moment they arrive until their departure. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality management is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or guest service role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of property management FSPMS.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience within Marriott branded hotels.
- Familiarity with room service operations and procedures.
- Certification in hospitality management or customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train front desk staff to ensure high levels of guest service.
- Manage daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and ensure confidentiality is upheld.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Skills:
