✔️ Crew Leadership: Manage and train roofing crews, assign tasks, and ensure efficient project execution.
✔️ Quality Control: Conduct inspections, enforce standards, and resolve quality issues promptly.
✔️ Safety Management: Enforce OSHA compliance, conduct safety meetings, and minimize risks.
✔️ Schedule Management: Oversee project timelines, coordinate material deliveries, and manage inspections.
✔️ Customer Service: Maintain strong client communication and ensure satisfaction.
✔️ Payroll & Budgeting: Approve dispatches, track job costs, and maintain labor and material budgets.

✔️ 2-3 years of experience as a Roofing Superintendent (commercial & residential)

✔️ OSHA 30 Certification (or ability to complete within 90 days)
✔️ Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
✔️ Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean record
✔️ Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment

🕕 Monday - Friday: 6 AM - Close
🛠️ On-call 1 weekend every 3-6 weeks
