GROWING PEST CONTROL COMPANY LOOKING TO HIRE A FULL TIME LAWN CARE SPECIALIST

PestNow is currently seeking a motivated career minded individual to join our team. No experience is required, we will train the right person. Only serious applicants with a good work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fertilization services to our growing customer base
• Properly use, care for, and maintain equipment used to perform services
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of services.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills and comfort in customer interactions.
• Willingness to learn and undergo paid training.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Full-time availability.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20 per hour, with potential to exceed hourly rate with commissions ranging from 15-20%

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
