About the role:

We are looking for a passionate Texas Licensed Associate Counselors to join our clinical team. In this exciting role, you will deliver care to children and parents while receiving high quality supervision and support.

How you’ll spend your time:

• Deliver therapy to kids and caregivers (12+ hours/week)
• Lead clinical intakes, track progress, and update treatment plans
• Collaborate in supervision and team sessions
• Co-create engaging content for kids and families

Requirements:

• Licensed Associate Counselor
• Passion and 2+ yrs of experience working with children and families
• Great clinical skills and experience providing evidence based therapies
• Afternoon (after 3.30pm) or weekend availability to meet with kids & families 3-5 days a week (conducting at least 13 sessions / week)
• [Optional] If interested in more hours, availability during the day (9am-3pm) for parent counseling (we provide the training - don't worry!)
• You are flexible, creative, and curious
• You are highly organized and self-starter; able to multitask and be efficient in ambiguous situations (important when working in a startup environment)
• You have a low ego, growth mindset and a sense of humor
