CDL A Truck Driver (Bilingual: English/Spanish) at Cibao Meat Products Inc – Rockaway, New Jersey

Position Description: We are seeking a reliable and experienced CDL Driver to join our team at Cibao Meat Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating a commercial vehicle while delivering goods and materials to various locations.

• Operate a commercial vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, following all state and federal regulations
• Plan and execute delivery routes, ensuring on-time delivery of goods and materials
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate personnel
• Load and unload materials onto the vehicle, using appropriate equipment and safety procedures
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including customer signatures and inventory counts
• Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers, providing excellent customer service at all times
• Follow company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and compliance

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A or B with air brake endorsement
• Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 2 years
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in all weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety procedures
